Cancellation policy

All bookings: Prepayment

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the full cost after reservation is made.

For reservations during Queensland School Holidays:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in 3 - 14 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the 50% of the booking total if they cancel within 3 days (72 hours) before 10am on the day of arrival

If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Reservations for other dates:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days (72 hours) before 10am on the day of arrival.
